I have had vertigo already 2 days. Can you go to ER for vertigo?

If vertigo is a new symptom associated with nausea and vomiting, its best to be evaluated for this.
Yes most certainly! However, I also provide physical therapy for vertigo with certain techniques between PT to restore and or re-educate the vagus nerve and central nervous system by coming to health and wellness of Texas and receiving a consultation and or a medical exam /visit with the Doctor.
