Hi. Yes. Speech and Language Pathologists assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders from birth to 100 years old. You can find a licensed SLP near you, by going to: ASHA.org/profind. Click "find an SLP" and input your search items.
I am currently employed through a rehab facility for adults and am not able to take personal clients at this time.
Speech-Language Pathologists can help with speech delays. In order to evaluate and treat an individual in a particular state, that Speech Pathologist must be licensed in your State. Please feel free to contact me further, to determine how to best proceed further or call a local Speech Pathologist.
Speech pathology is very broad. I do not work with children. I specialize in adults with swallowing disorders (dysphagia), providing flexible endoscopic evaluation of swallowing (FEES).
