“Can you see cataracts in the mirror?”
I am a 47 year old male. I wonder if you can see cataracts in the mirror?

Very advanced cataracts like white cataracts may be able to be seen in the mirror. At age 47, it is unlikely that you can see cataracts in a mirror.
They would have to be pretty far along for you to see them. Your pupils would look grey or white instead of black.
Unless your cataract is quite advanced leading to a white pupil you cannot see a cataract in the mirror. Please have your eyes examined by an Ophthalmologist to determine if you have cataracts.
