“Can you sleep on your side after otoplasty?”
I will have otoplasty. I want to know if I can sleep on my side after otoplasty?

It depends on timing , it is recommended to sleep with head band for few weeks, but the best advice is:
Talk to your surgeon, since surgeon knows exactly the extent of your procedure

Following oto plasty I personally have my patients wear a headband for at least a week to 10 days, especially while sleeping. I recommended they sleep in it a slightly upright position, and do not lay on their ears for the first two weeks in order to allow the healing process to occur.
When I perform otoplasty I recommend the use of head band around the ears for 14 days after surgery, especially while sleeping to prevent the ear from folding.
You should always follow the recommendations of your treating surgeon, but in general, it is ok to sleep on your side after rhinoplasty. Depending on what was performed you may note more drainage or swelling on one side vs. the other depending on which side you sleep on.
