Yes
I would need to know more of your medical history. These two meds are generally ok together.
No ibuprofen. You can take Tylenol if needed. Drink plenty of water. Drink immune booster blend:

-One whole bulb of garlic, peeled
-2 fresh squeezed lemon juice
-One thumb size ginger, peeled
-One medium red onion
-2 tbsp raw honey
-1/8 tsp cayenne pepper powder

Can add chunks of pineapple. Blend with distilled or purified or filtered water. Drink one tbsp every 4 hours till you feel better. Do deep breathing in open air - open the windows. Take your zinc 30 mg daily, Vitamin D3, Vitamin C, NAC - N acetyl cysteine 1200 mg daily. Eat healthy with fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds.

The standard of care is to monitor BP more frequently if a patient needing Ibuprofen is already on practically ANY blood pressure medicine. It's not just a problem with metoprolol.
