when you check your pulse, it will be very , very irregular. Now a days ,apple watch is able to get the tracing of the cardiac rhythm. Pulsr rate won't be constant.
Yes usually you can depending on what medication in your condition you would notice a fast pulse rate usually greater than 100 and somewhere around 130 bpm on the average. You would notice an irregular irregular pulse which should also give you a hint that some sort of rhythm disturbance exists.

YES. Pulse will be very irregular (not in any pattern) and very fast.
Sometimes you can feel an irregular pulse. It doesn't mean it's fibrillation. There are many types of abnormal rhythms. Take your pulse from under your jaw, it's more consistent with the actual heart beat. If it's irregular and you are worried or symptomatic, go to the doctor for an EKG.
You can know there is an irregular heart rate and need for further evaluation with EKG if this is happening.
