I have shoulder joint pain. Can you treat shoulder joint pain?

Absolutely, I have helped many patients restore lost range of motion and reduce pain in the shoulder. An evaluation of the shoulder would be needed before recommending exercises, adjustments, or other modalities!
First of all, I would like to thank you for your question. The obvious answer to this question is, of course. When you have a toothache, where would you go? To the dentist right? When your eyes are giving you problems, naturally, you’ll go to to the ophthalmologist, correct
So for any type of musculoskeletal joint pain, one should seek out the professional services of a joint pain specialist which would typically lead to seek the professional services of a doctor of osteopathy, or a doctor of chiropractic. In my past experiences with patients presenting with shoulder pain or any joint pain for that matter, co-management with multiple healthcare disciplines, have often produce the best results.
Also, acupuncture, massage therapy, physical therapy, and staying well conditioned with a personal trainer combined with the services of a nutritionist would present an ideal situation.
In closing, when dealing with any type of musculoskeletal skeletal joint pain, the most practical approach is to attack it from a multi dimensional approach in which one would have a more diverse menu of treatment options that are available.
I hope that this answer would serve well in providing you with a systematic, structured approach to relieving your shoulder joint pain.
With that being said, please take care of yourself, and take even greater care of your body.

Hello, yes, I treat shoulder joint pain all the time at my office. Plese call your chiropractor to help you with that issue.
Of course! Chiropractors are well trained in extremity joints and can help shoulder pain whether coming from the actual shoulder joint or form the neck, which may be the start of some shoulder discomfort. *Gena Wickes, DC, cAVCA*
First, Chiropractic has very good success in working with shoulders and other extremities, however you have to find a Chiropractor who works in those areas. Some Chiropractors will only adjust the spine while others, especially sports related Doctors will be able to help you. However, please understand that the pain may be caused by something else happening in your body and the pain radiates to your shoulder. Sounds a little weird, I know, however that is why you need a good evaluation before just having someone only look at your shoulder. For example, I have had people come into the office because of low back pain. After doing the thorough evaluation, it was a problem in the neck that needed to be adjusted first. Once those vertebrae were adjusted, his low back did not hurt anymore and he was walking normally.
