I am a 27 year old female. I want to know if your eyes can get worse after laser eye surgery?

If your talking about LASIK for the correction of nearsightedness or farsightedness or astigmatism and you had a cornea that was too thin you could have an unstable cornea which could make the vision worse.If you developed more severe dryness after the procedure it could make your vision worse. Yes it's possible especially if there are complications. Dryness of the eyes are common sometimes indefinitely that will cause blurry vision, itchiness and redness.
