“Change of attitude and passing out?”
I have a friend and it seems as though she turned into a different person. It was late at night and she turned childlike. Acting simpler to being drunk and telling so many random fast stories that didn't make sense. Then she started having multiple neck tics and then passed out. When she woke up she remembered none of it and went to bed. It was late at night. She wanted me that it was happening again so I could know what to do. This went on for about an hour and a half. She said her legs felt tingly the whole time. Thank you for listening.

You might want your friend to get worked up for a seizure and or get counseling for any underline trauma, if it exists. But it sounds like she needs medical help.
