“Changes in my bathroom habits?”
The last few days I have started to notice strange changes. First I was cold and couldn’t warm up. I didn’t have a fever. Then I was lightheaded. Then I felt like my eyes have been straining. Then I started noticing pain around my anus and feel like I have developed hemorrhoids and had some mucus in my stool. Lastly a few days ago I noticed pain over my inguinal lymph nodes. I was thinking maybe pulled a muscle or something but have now developed a lump in that area. I don’t know how all these random stuff have started all at the same time.

It doesn't seem like these issues are related to each other. I would advise you to get a physical exam to see what that lump and inguinal pain are all about.
I agree the constellation of symptoms that you describe are very difficult in order to put into one diagnoses currently. A thorough and detailed history physical examination is of the upmost importance. Also knowing that you have an IUD makes it even more important to ensure its proper placement, I thought infected, did not cause a perforation, and any other symptoms that you’re describing. Please follow up with your primary care physician or your gynecologist or a walk-in/urgent care/ER for better examination detail and history.
