“Chest pain and higher back pain.”
I am male 16 years old and today im home from school because my higher back hurts alot and also my chest area, especially when i breathe. Ive had it for like two days but i had like a break where my back felt normal so i didnt think much of it until it came back. I hope you can answer my questions and i thank you for your time.

Medications: no medications except painkillers today.
Conditions: i have got Pectus carinatum but i dont think that is the reason im having problems. and its only a small enlargement of my chest.

Sounds like costochondritis due to trauma, bad posture, or just because your chest is malformed and due to this unfortunately you will be prone to Tietze syndrome.
Sounds like you have have pleurisy.
