“Chest pain?”
My chest feels tight and I feel like I cannot breathe, I get sudden rushes going through my body and it feels tingly. I feel nauseas and faint, like i’m going to pass out. This has been going on for about 24 hours now. Though this feeling comes and goes frequently. My glucose and blood pressure are both normal.

A full history and physical needs to be done. Not sure all of the testing you have had but echo to check your heart structure. 7 day event recorder and Tilt Table should be done. Labs including a glucose Tolerance test. Hormone panel considering your age may be needed depending on your menstrual cycle history
I am an adult cardiologist and cannot speak to your complaints expertly. My advice to you is to call 911 and be transported to an emergency room immediately.
