Chest pains

I've been having chest pains off and on for a while now so I started going to cardiologist he said heart skip beats sometimes but,, nuthn major.. I had pain in my right chest & neck & arm pit other night so I went to the ER they said couldn't find anything so nurse suggested maybe it's a panic attack. I'm not sure what's going on. I just know my chest been hurtn today too & sore neck from other night too.

Answer: I agree that your symptoms are atypical and not consistent with true anginal chest pain from coronary ischemia ( diminished tissue oxygenation from lack of blood flow due to obstructive atherosclerosis in the coronaries). Angina is usually suffocating, pressure
This sounds musculoskeletal to me. I suggest seeing a sports medicine specialist. They may refer you for physical therapy. They might also consider sending you to a neurologist if they think this might be a pinched nerve or something similar. It does not sound life-threatening.
