“Chest swelling”
I have some swelling in my chest. My nipples and areolas are larger, bumpy, darker than normal and tender to the touch.

If you have been on contraception sometimes the hormones can enlarge your breast. I recommend you perform monthly breast exams and monitor for changes. If you have any masses or further changes I would make an appointment with a breast surgeon.
