Chronic fatigue, abdominal/chest pain, nasal congestion, & dehydration?

I'm a 42 year old male, Caucasian. I run 15-20 miles a week when I'm not exhausted. Non-smoker, I don't drink alcohol or take any medication/drugs.

I have for the past 6 years experienced pain in the right side of my abdomen, cold sweats w/o fever, fatigue, dry mouth, bleeding gums, white chalky tongue in the morning with nasal congestion that clears after physical activity, loss of appetite followed by extreme appetite as if I can't eat enough, headaches and unfocused vision and brain fog, constipation and then diarrhea, gas/bloating, right chest pressure/pain.

I have traveled extensively throughout North America, Europe, Asia, and Northern Africa. These symptoms will ease for a few days and then return - it's a vicious cycle that's destroying my life. I've lost my job and medical insurance because of this and I can't go to clinics now because of Covid.

My blood pressure keeps climbing - I track my vitals for running - Today my blood pressure is 144/96, 54bpm, 02 98% in sitting position.

I cook for myself: soups, salads, stews, raw nuts & lots of green veggies, morning breakfast is 8-12oz of black coffee & steel cut oats with apples, non-dairy yogurt. I don't eat dairy or animal products. I take a daily men's multivitamin/B12/Vitamin-D supplements.

Mentally, my morale is high but these symptoms knock the heck out of me and it is difficult to wake-up and get moving. I'm negative for STDs, Celiacs Disease.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated, thank you for taking the time.

It's not possible to make a diagnosis unless a fill history and exam are done. There are a lot of symptoms, many non-GI in origin, so there is probably more going on than just a GI issue. You need a good primary care doctor to sort out all the complaints and do an initial work up. For GI symptoms that remain unexplained, then see a GI specialist.
There can be different reasons for your symptoms. You should have a primary physician evaluation and blood work for different things. Thyroid, cholesterol blood pressure etc need to be checked as well as diabetes.
