“Colposcopy and vaginal biopsy?”
I was scheduled for colposcopy but my period came and was rescheduled for a week later. I had a colposcopy and three days later I am bleeding like I’m on my period with blood clots the size of plums. Should I be concerned? It’s been 6 days now.

Usually colposcopy (for that matter, any such procedure) has the risk of bleeding. This should recede. If the bleeding persists, revisit your gyn or any ER to have you evaluated.
Small amount of bleeding is normal after Colposcopy and cervical biopsies. Your bleeding seems to be heavier than expected. Call your doctor’s office and talk to someone to see if you have to go in to get checked.
