“Concerned about my friend?”
My friend has been to a family doctor that put him on medicine for vertigo but it hasn't helped. He still and has been getting dizzy a lot to where he isn't able to drive his truck for work he has had problems not being able to urinate but everything he eats he has to run to the bathroom. He has not 85 pounds in 2 months. We're worried it could be colon cancer.

He needs a colonoscopy to rule out cancer.
He needs to see another doctor and get a second opinion. He needs further work-up - physical exam, history taking and testing. Also reconsidering if that medication is part of the problem. Check for side effects and drug interactions. If this was my friend, I would recommend getting a naturopathic doctor on board, as part of their health team.
