From reading your message, It looks like your overpreocupation ( OCD ) with your symptomatology has become a vicious cycle. You obsess over minor normal occurring symptoms and create a great deal of anxiety to the point of panick attacks.Your doctor has already performed a substantial amount of testing that are reassuring that there probably is no major illness or disease. I would talk to your doctor about treating your anxiety/ OCD and having you see a specialist to see if there may be further issues.  Good luck. Dr.F Sent from AOL on Android
