“Concussion”
I got a concussion a week ago. I am not planning on smoking right now, but want to smoke nicotine and weed hopefully soon. What is the recommended time to wait? My symptoms are lightening up and now just have a minor headache at times but it is hardly noticeable and only for a few seconds.

Obligatory I am not a doctor, but a neurophysiologist. That said, the only advice I can feel comfortable offering is to please try to limit smoking anything as much as possible, especially since you are on birth control. The combination of the medication and smoking can have seriously negative effects on the body such as increased risk of stroke or heart attack, even at your age! I understand you're a grown woman and can take care of yourself. But from my limited position , that's all I can offer. Sorry I can't be of more help with your question.
