I need more information. When patients describe diarrhea, I need to know how may stools per day? Is there blood in the diarrhea? Any weight loss? Is there pain with the bowel movement? Are there also periods of constipation? The history is very important to try to narrow down the causes. After this, testing may be needed or empiric treatment can be tried. Of the 5 doctors you saw, were any of them gastroenterologists?
