Constant headrush- should I be worried?

I’ve had the occasional phases of having head rushes every time I stand and always added it up to low iron or dehydration. And after starting to watch those two things more (coincidence or not, I don’t know) they pretty much stopped entirely, and this isn’t like any of those other times. When those episodes occurred, I usually just had to slow down for a second and it’d go away within the minute.

This morning, however, from the second I got out of bed at 8:30 AM until as I’m writing this at 10:30 PM I’ve had a constant head-rush sensation. As these are common and have happened to me before, I wasn’t too concerned until I noticed that it would not go away. It doesn’t matter how long I sit or lay down, the feeling is still there. It’s worsened by standing or moving any part of my body quickly. I wasn’t able to work today because of it. It’s a constant fuzzy vertigo-ish feeling in my head. My arms and legs are also very weak like I just woke up and am still half asleep even though I’m not. Should I be concerned/when should I try to see a doctor? (Also, I don’t have insurance and can’t afford it out of pocket, so the longer I can wait before making an appointment the better)

From what you’ve written I’m hoping you either saw a health care provider or it has gotten better. Based on your description it could be several things like BPPV or labrynthitis depending on if laying makes it worse or not. But since you mention it’s more with movement I would be concerned with BPPV or something else. Definitely good to see someone though. Hope you are better
