Constant twitching?

Around last year I noticed I kept blinking really hard. My grandma kept imitating me and telling me about it, I tried to make it stop but it's gotten worse. Now I keep winking, my left eye twitches a lot, my eyebrows go up randomly, I keep smiling and moving one side of my mouth. My nose scrunches up a lot, and around a week ago my whole head started moving to the side. My sister and brother both have the nose scrunching, too.

I recommend that you see a Neurologist to evaluate your condition.
You will need to see a neurologist and you will likely need an MRI. There are many and varied conditions that could cause this. Given it is in the family, it may be how you are wired, but it is still best to investigate.
It becomes habitual twitching. You have to re-learn to stop it eventually.
You should see a Neuroophthalmologist
