Constipation?

I've got a senna tablet for my constipation that I've had now for seven days. How safe are they and can they cause bad cramps and how quick do they work?

They are safe. Any laxative can cause cramps if your colon tends to be sensitive. The onset varies a lot from person to person. Some respond within minutes to hours or some do not at all.
