Could I have ovarian cancer?

A couple of days ago I started experiencing severe pain in my pelvis, along with severe bloating and abdominal pain after eating. For about 6 months now I've been losing weight due to feeling full after only eating small amounts of food. For years now I've been dealing with frequent uti's/bladder infections, urinary incontinence, urgency and lower back pain. I recently stopped taking psychiatric medications that i had been on since I was a kid. I will admit that I tend to google my symptoms due to anxiety and issues with trusting doctors in my area due to mistreatment and neglect and I think that ovarian cancer runs in my family. I think my grandma on my dad's side suffers from it. I have been diagnosed with IBS, acid reflux disease and anemia. I've had ct scans as well that have detected ovarian cysts and a fatty liver if that has any relevance and when I went to the walk-in blood was found in a stool sample.

You need to get thorough pelvic and GI exam both by Gyn and GI
This sounds like a GI problem more than an ovarian problem but you need a full evaluation. It could all be from IBS, which needs to be treated properly but you may require some testing if you have iron deficiency and weight loss. Ovarian cancer is vary rare in your age group.
