Orthopedic Surgeon (Orthopedist) Questions

Could my c6c7 bulge be herniating?

I have been diagnosed with a c6 c7 bulge in my neck, I have also been diagnosed with cervical radiculopathy & shoulder impingement on my left side. I have upper arm weakness. Sometimes my middle finger joints get numb. Or the first half of my fingers. The left is far worse than the right side, but I’m starting to feel the same things in my right like my left now too. I had pain between my shoulder blades on June 28, went to the ER & diagnosed with a thoracic strain. I’m starting physical therapy on the 12th of July. Ive tried nsaids with Tylenol & muscle relaxers, they helped minimally.

It sounds like you are 'doctor shopping' too much. Or no one doc is helping you understand what is happening.
It sounds like you do have a pinched nerve in your neck (the pain down your arm, and numbness in your middle finger. The upper thoracic pain can also be a sign of a pinched cervical nerve).
However, on top of this you may have a shoulder issue (e.g impingment syndrome or other diagnosis), and you actually may have a strain.
You other conditions suggest that you have insulin resistance: e.g. PCOS, Reflux, Fatty liver, etc. You will need to change your diet to address these metabolic problems. Some nutritionists can help with this.
