Covid19 booster vaccine

My body skin itching has been diagnosed as asteototic dermatitis for the last 2 months. I had 3 previous Moderna vaccinations. I got the last one on 12/22/2021. Can I receive the Moderna Covid19 booster shot?

Conditions: Removal of thyroid due to cancer, asteototic detmatitis
