“Cyst on left ovary and can’t poop?”
What can I take to poop I have taken miralax and warm milk?

The cyst on the ovary, unless it is huge, is unrelated. How old are you? How long have you been unable to poop? Do you have pain or bleeding? Is constipation a long-term problem for you?
Take more miralax
Warm milk doesn't help. Taking more Miralax and adding Dulcolax daily will help. If over-the-counter therapies don't work, then see a PCP or GI doctor.
