“Daily nasal congestion”
For the past couple of weeks I have been suffering from some kind of nasal infection.
My nasal passages clear up in the morning then begin to plug in late afternoon and are completely blocked by the time I go to bed. During the day, while my nasal passages are clear, I feel like I am about to sneeze all the time. I think that means the passages are irritated. What's going on?

Conditions: Periodic Nasal congestion

First I would think of some type of allergy. An antihistamine should help. Next I would think about an infection or possibly a foreign body. Nasal irrigation should help that resolve. Regular use of a nasal spray may help but do not use Afrin spray as that would make the problem worse.
Most likely allergies especially if mucous is non existent or clear
