“Daily palpitations ”
I’m not sure if it’s really palpitations but it’s this thumping hollow feeling in my chest that goes with my heartbeat. It’s not painful but it’s uncomfortable and unsettling. It happens almost daily all throughout the day, but most commonly at night. It’s been going on for several months now. It gives me really bad anxiety to where I can’t sleep at night because I worry that I’ll die in my sleep or have a heart attack, or that I have some disease. How worried should I be that it’s serious?

Sounds like its palpitations, you should see a cardiologist and get a holter monitor.
