1. This means that the provider who diagnosed the dementia does not know what is causing dementia (ex, Alzheimer's, Lewy body, vascular dementia, etc), and that they did not see evidence of disruptive behavior.
2. This means that during the first/baseline assessment, the patient only knew themselves, but did not know the date, the place, or why they were there.
Unspecified means non-categorized into: Alzheimers , Frontotemporal, Parkinsons, Huntingtons, Multiinfarct, Viral or Prion disease. Without behavioral disturbance means without behavioral problems ( aggression, depression, sleep wake cycle disturbances, etc ) and only memory problems.Dementia only oriented to self at baseline.
