Dental Abscess

I have an abscess that started very small and now covers a large portion on the roof of my mouth and is causing significant pain. I don’t know if I can wait to go to the dentist tomorrow.

Abscess is a Dental emergency. It should be attended to immediately to avoid any medical complications. Please see your dentist right away.
Hello,
Oh my, that sounds very serious. I don't think you should wait to be seen tomorrow. I would call your dentist back and share with him/her your current condition. If nothing else I feel you need to be seen in order for you to be placed on an antibiotic. If you still can't be seen, go to
Urgent Care and see if they will prescribe an antibiotic for you. This is nothing to mess around with.
Best of luck, and feel better soon!

I would not wait. Infections can spread rapidly and even travel to your brain. If you have a provider that can prescribe antibiotics with a virtual visit that may buy you some time until tomorrow, but I would not wait!
