Depression, diabetes, hypertension?

I am a student from India. I am experiencing anxiety and depression symptoms for the past two years and am on treatment for the same. I had been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes also. At the time of detection, the blood sugar level was above 400 mg/dl. My blood pressure levels are more than 150/100 mmHg most of the time. For the previous two weeks, it is around 170/110 mmHg. My total cholesterol level is 220mg/dl and Triglyceride level is 155mg/dl. I am experiencing dizziness and headache most of the time. I feel tired and am unable to concentrate on anything. I wish to know if any adrenal problem is the cause of these issues.

Please see a conscientious psychiatrist that cares to study probable adverse interactions amongst all medications. Please be aware that if your diabetes is not well controlled, your psychiatric medications will not work as expected. Remember also that regular exercise is the most effective natural antidepressant/anti anxiety treatment.
