“Dexamethasone”
I took dexamethasone 8mg one dose this morning before a run. I now have rashes at my groin, leg and neck area. Then I also have sleeping difficulties. What should I do? Should I worry?

You have what is very likely to be an allergic reaction to the drug or one or more of the chenicals in the pill tnat you took. You could get it tested, but the obvious soltution is to not take one of those again. It will pass, most likely, in a couple of days. If it gets worse or you experinece trouble breathing, you shoujld seek medical attention.
