I am diabetic and soaked in epsom salt before I realized I was not supposed to is there anything I need to do

Epsom Salt is magnesium Sulfate and this salt has some soothing properties and is generally safe. For unclear reason, there were people saying it can treat, cure and prevent diabetes. This is not the case based on science. You have done not harm to yourself soaking in Epsom salt and if it soothed sore muscles that is good. I would not recommend that you use this anymore but there are no long term consequences to soaking in this salt solution
