“Diarrhea?”
I am having stomach cramps followed by very clear, thick diarrhea.

Cramping often precedes a bowel movement, especially if there is diarrhea. If only 2-3 days of symptoms, then it might be an infectious colitis, food poisoning, etc. See a PCP or GI doc if symptoms do not improve with conservative measures: hydration, lighter meals, anti-diarrheals.
