Neurologist Questions Diclofenac

Diclofenac and sertraline

Hello. I take the following medications: Sertraline daily for anxiety and Diclofenac when needed for aura migraines.

I know that taking these medications together may increase the risk of hemorrhages, but my doctor has said it should be OK for me as I do not take both medications daily. I normally take diclofenac once a month but sometimes I need it more often, so I would like to get some guideline on how often it is safe to use diclofenac while also being on sertraline, to avoid any health risks. What is generally a safe number of days to take diclofenac in a month, and at what usage frequency should I consider contacting my doctor? Diclofenac is the only medicine that has proven effective to my migraines so I am not looking to change that medicine, but may need to change the sertraline if I start using diclofenac "too often". So I would like a guideline on that, please.

Medical history: In addition to aura migraines, I have suffered two brain hemorrhages at ages 0 and 9 years old and I also have obstructive hydrocephalus which has been treated with a fenestration as well as left-sided hemiplegia as a result from the brain hemorrhages.
