“Dietary Supplements ”
I am a 28 year old male who just had a tooth extraction. I have powered dietary supplements that devolve in water. Are they safe for me to drink?

As long as it is dissolvable you should be fine to continue with your supplements. In fact supplements are great for total body health and increased healing. Make sure to keep the area clean with 1 part H2O2 and 3 parts water rinse.
In general supplements can be ok, but I have no idea what is in yours. Some supplements can cause excessive bleeding or elevate blood pressure. Consult with your physician for a real answer
