“Difficulty breathing?”
For 9 months now I have had difficulty breathing and it feels like I have a ton of mucus clogged in my windpipe. Then stuff from my stomach goes in my throat but stays in my throat.

Probable laryngophargeal reflux. Get prilosec OTC and see if symptoms get better in a week or so. Lose wgt. if overweight. No late meals. Limit caffeine, smoking, fatty foods, chocolate. Best to see ENT for endoscopy of larynx and potential esophageal imaging study.
