A routine mri scan has showed a possible small (about 1mm Dilated Blood Vessell on my brain)
I’m going to have a ct scan next week but is a dilated blood Vessell on the brain the same as an aneurysm?

Not necessarily. A 1-millimeter dilation is within normal variation and the interpreter's margin of error. You need the clinical picture and family history as well to weigh in all possibilities. It would be wise to go ahead with the CT angiography just to make sure all is well. Good luck.
