“Discharge after unprotected sex?”

I had unprotected sex with 2 people on 2 different days back to back. After the first person, I was sore but I was ok. The second person had made me bleed but I believe it was because of the lack of lubrication and his size and I was sore from sex the day before because after we finished the blood went away immediately and I was really sore but it went away too. The day after I got home and realized that when I wiped my vagina there was a yellow discharge but it went away after I wiped it and there was no smell and I wasn’t itching. Lately, I have been noticing that I have a watery white cloudy discharge and I don’t have an odor and I don’t itch and I don’t have any abdominal pain. I have bacterial vaginosis before and I went to the doctor and she said based on the discharge that is what it looked like but I just want to ask to be sure.
