“Dizzy like drunk?”
I was driving and felt sick in my stomach. I pulled over because I couldn't see, was dizzy, like drunk. This was for 20 mins, then I felt ok, what happened?

Very hard to say. When people say "sick in my stomach", they usually mean nausea, but I would be assuming in your case. Almost anything can cause nausea temporarily. It might even be an organ system other that GI that is the origin, e.g., neurological or cardiac problem.
If it was only for 20 mins, it may be just vertigo. You have to consult a doctor if it keeps recurring.
That is hard to say, but it could have been a few things like a migraine, a seizure, or ministroke, or maybe low blood pressure or sugar. With so many possibilities and the dangers of driving, I think you should consult a physician to make sure it isn't serious and won't be happening often.
