Do I go back to ER or do I wait?

I was seen in an ER 5 days ago for a possible ruptured ovarian cyst. Internal and external ultrasounds were inconclusive and the doctor diagnosed me with "painful menses", told me I'd start my period in a day or so, and discharged me. I have not had any bleeding, spotting, or discharge. The pain and discomfort have not gone away with NSAIDS and heat and will randomly turn into sharp pains that leave me doubled over. I'm not gassy. No bladder symptoms. I feel nauseous and weak when I exert energy. I have an OB/GYN appointment on April 26th, can't get in sooner. Do I go back to the ER or do I just wait it out? I'm very uncomfortable.

I recommend that you go back to the ER for re-evaluation.
