“Do I have a blockage?”
It started as an upset stomach. Now when I eat or drink it feels like it's sitting right below my rib cage. I also turn everything I eat into pure liquid diarrhea. This has been going on for 5 days now. I also feel like I have to vomit anytime I eat or drink. Although I have not vomited this whole time.

You probably had a bout of food poisoning or gastroenteritis. It should resolve with time and conservative management. If not, then see a GI doctor.
