“Do I have an STD? ”
My urine burns and when I ejaculate it burns. It has yellow stuff coming out of it. What does it mean?

What you are describing is abnormal for a male and likely represents infection of some sort that, 1) may be transmissible to a sexual partner and, 2) requires treatment. Although a Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI), is the most common, other infections are possible. See a physician immediately who can test you for a wide variety of infections and prescribe the appropriate treatment. Abstain from sexual activity until you have done this.

If you are sexually active, most likely you have an STD, you need to see a doctor ASAP.
You have to have a urine test now!! Urinalysis and urine culture.
