“Do I have cancer?”
My birth mom died from 3 types of cancer and I'm worried that I also have Cancer.
My symptoms are bloody noses (they vary on how many times a week, mostly 2 times a day), hip pain (My left hip hurts all the time, even when I touch it. My right hip only hurts in certain positions like crossing my legs for longer than 3 minutes), left leg pain (mostly my lower leg, hurts like growing pains even though I'm not growing anymore, left forearm pain (the same as my left lower leg), shortness of breath (very quickly, even when just sitting down and doing nothing), sharp chest pains (not every second of the day. Mostly twice a day when inhaling).

Based on above, first see your primary care physician. They will likely do basic blood work and refer you to a specialist if required.
