Does it appear on my CT scan results that I have cirrhosis or cancer of the liver?

The short answer is no. Liver hemangiomas of that size are harmless and are of no malignant potential.....
No, it does not seem like cirrhosis, though I don't have your complete report, nor do I know why the CT was ordered in the first place.
