“Do I have fecal incontinence?”
After I poop it takes a while several wipes to be clean. Then once clean, about 20 minutes later a small amount of poop leaks out. Idk why. But it's embarrassing. And I need help. I noticed if I use an enema after being constipated It won't happen. But in the day-to-day, I have leaking after I wipe. Idk what's the cause. And no I don't feel it coming out.

It sounds like you have some fecal incontinence which could be from weakness of the anal sphincter muscles. The weakness can be detected with a test called anorectal manometry, but you should be evaluated by a GI physician to decide if this is the right test for you.
