To diagnose a patient with leukemia, a battery of tests needs to be done. Patients with acute and chronic leukemia may come with a white blood cell count into the 100,000-400,000 range. The RBC need to be analyzed and a bone marrow biopsy could be necessary to be done for final diagnosis. Increase white blood cells could be an infectious process. You need to contact your Healthcare provider and preferable for him/her to refer you to a Hematologist to further rule out your diagnosis. There are many differential diagnoses for increase white blood cells. Please, find a hematologist. Thank you.
It is unlikely that you have leukemia. Leukemia usually is a disease of a single type of white blood cell, not of multiple types. None of your other signs or symptoms indicate leukemia either.
Your blood smear needs to be examined by a hematopathologist, and you may need a bone marrow examination.
These symptoms are not specific for leukemia. However, elevated count (as mentioned by you) on CBC may be seen in Myeloproliferative conditions, which may progress to leukemia and so you should get it checked out by a hematologist. They will have to do some tests for definitive diagnosis.
