It is for end stage heart patients with congestive failure symptoms that are not able to be treated with traditional management
Heart transplant is specifically indicated for certain group of patients with end stage heart disease where all other options have failed. Presence of heart disease by itself is not an indication for heart transplantation. Consult your cardiologist for more details.
Depends on how bad the heart disease is.
