“Do I need to go to the hospital ”
I’ve been having the pain in my lower left abdomen on the front side and it’s been hurting me feels like someone is squeezing a balloon, I had my left tube removed cause I had an atopic pregnancy a long time ago

After reviewing your question, and you were given symptomatology, I would recommend that you either follow up with your primary care, doctor or gynecologist, and if the pain is significantly, severe and emergency room visit would be warranted.
Going to the hosp ER is not unreasonable if the pains are new and unexpected. Going to the Urgent care, ER would also be reasonable with any fever/Chills, or associated with new onset of nausea, vomiting or diarrhea. If just pain, could just wait and see if pain subsides without going and getting examined, bld work, and may be MRI's and a general surgical evaluation.
